Tom Feekin joined Dyna-Tek in May 2024 as the Chief Operations Officer. His connection to the company goes back decades though. Tom comes to us with an extensive background in manufacturing operations and ERP implementations. He also has a lot of experience with large scale eCommerce fulfillment.
Tom wears many hats at Dyna-Tek. His current primary project is a brand new eCommerce website for our line of coatings for the Die Cutting and Aerospace industries. This involves everything from QuickBooks integration, graphics design, planning conversations, trade shows, label design, IT projects and generally keeping things moving in the right direction.
Tom has known and worked with our ownership group since 2002. The timing of Dyna-Tek’s needs lined up perfectly as Tom was transitioning out of a previous COO position. One conversation led to another. We are so happy and excited to have him on our team. He is already making a huge impact!
When Tom is not working at Dyna-Tek, he is usually either golfing or spending time at Lake of the Ozarks with his family. Tom’s favorite golf course in Kansas City is Longview (Fred Arbanas golf course, but nobody calls it that!) Entertaining at the lake is an important way to spend quality time with friends and family. Tom also likes to cook and smokes some mean brisket and ribs.
One of the things we love about Tom is how he approaches problems. He listens. He is patient. And then he acts. He involves the whole team in the conversation to make sure we aren’t missing key information.
